In 2020, the Prins Hendrikkade 189 A building has been beautifully refurbished. Furniture might show signs of usage. This room is keyless: the tenant enters the building and room with their smartphone. You'll receive a smartphone registration link one week prior to check-in. Laundry facilities are available in the building (usage not included in rent).
Location
This building is located in the city center, only a two-minute bike ride away from the Roeterseiland campus. The building surrounds a courtyard.
Attention!
Residents can expect nuisance on workdays, starting at 7 AM, due to a construction project next to the building. No rent compensation will be given due to nuisance.
