Interested? If you are a student or intern in Amsterdam, and live outside Amsterdam, you can apply. You must provide a proof of tenancy showing your current residence outside Amsterdam, and a proof of enrollment dated within the last month.
The photos provided give an impression of a similar furnished room; viewings are not possible. The approved candidate will receive a Short Stay lease agreement

In 2019, the Prins Hendrikkade 189 C building was beautifully refurbished. Furniture might show signs of usage.
Laundry
Laundry facilities are available in the building (usage not included in rent).
Location
This building is located in the city center, only a two-minute bike ride away from the Roeterseiland campus. The building surrounds a courtyard.
Keyless Room
This is a keyless room: the tenant enters the building and room with their smartphone.
Attention!
Residents can expect nuisance on workdays, starting at 7 AM, due to a construction project next to the building. No rent compensation will be given due to nuisance.
