This is a Short Stay room for international students, that is available for a fixed rental period. No option to extend.
Interested? If you are a student or intern in Amsterdam, and live outside Amsterdam, you can apply. You must provide a proof of tenancy showing your current residence outside Amsterdam, and a proof of enrollment dated within the last month.
The photos provided give an impression of a similar furnished room; viewings are not possible. The approved candidate will receive a Short Stay lease agreement.
General room information
This is a private room with a private bathroom. You'll share the kitchen with six other students (Dutch and/or international). Furniture might slightly differ from pictures and might show signs of usage. Rooms with single beds were redecorated around 2010; rooms with a queen-size bed were redecorated in 2017.
Common balcony
The outside balcony is shared with 3 to 7 other units.
Laundry
Lieven De Key does not provide laundry facilities, but most housemates have arranged their own washing machines and share the costs. Please ask your neighbors for more information.
Location
Science park is only ten minutes by bike. Diemen shopping center is also close by.
