This is a Short Stay room for international students, that is available for a fixed rental period. No option to extend.
Interested? If you are a student or intern in Amsterdam, and live outside Amsterdam, you can apply. You must provide a proof of tenancy showing your current residence outside Amsterdam, and a proof of enrollment dated within the last month.
The photos provided give an impression of a similar furnished room; viewings are not possible. The approved candidate will receive a Short Stay lease agreement
General room information
This is a private room: you'll share the bathroom with two other residents (Dutch and/or international). The kitchen is shared with 5 other residents, the kitchen is located in unit 1532). Room with a queen-size bed. Furniture might slightly differ from pictures and my show signs of usage.
Housing allowance
This unit is not applicable for housing allowance.
Laundry
Washing and drying machine available and shared with six other residents. Usage is included in rent.
Location
Science park is only ten minutes by bike. Diemen shopping center is also close by.
